1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mystery Cart website and services, operated with SpeedyKart for fulfilment and delivery in India (“we”, “us”, “Mystery Cart”).

By creating an account, placing an order, or using the store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up or purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

You must provide a true name, Indian mobile number, and a complete delivery address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret.

3. Mystery boxes — nature of the product

Mystery Cart sells digital-to-physical surprise boxes. You pay to open a box and receive one (or more) physical prize(s) from that box’s published item list, plus courier delivery.

Prizes are selected by a weighted random process. Higher drop-weight items appear more often. Lower drop-weight and campaign grand prizes appear rarely. You are not buying a specific listed item unless it is actually assigned to your order after payment.

Pictures, names, and descriptions of possible items are illustrations of what may be in the pool. Colours, brands, packaging, and exact models can vary. We do not guarantee you will receive any particular product, including campaign or “legendary” prizes.

4. Campaigns and grand prizes

We run campaigns month to month (for example August, then September). Each campaign month has grand prizes tied to specific mystery boxes (for example a Tech box iPhone).

A grand prize can be won only once in that campaign month for that box. Example: if someone wins the iPhone in August, no other person can win that same August grand prize again. A new campaign month may offer a new grand prize.

All other items in a box (ordinary prizes) are not limited to one winner. They can be won as many times as the drop odds allow — every paid open can still receive those items.

5. Orders, payment, and pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include the box purchase. Payment is collected online (for example via Razorpay) before prizes are assigned.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order and not ship any prize.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders in case of suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, pricing errors, or operational issues. Where we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount actually paid, subject to the payment provider’s timelines.

6. Opening, secrecy, and delivery

After payment, prizes are assigned on our systems. Customers do not see the prize on the storefront until our team packs and ships (or, if we switch the order to local delivery, until our rider process completes).

Default fulfilment is courier (Delhivery). Delivery estimates such as 7–10 days are indicative, not a guarantee. Delays can occur due to address issues, weather, courier capacity, holidays, or inaccessible locations.

You must ensure the delivery address and phone are correct. We are not responsible for loss if the courier cannot reach you at the address you gave.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because the product is a randomised surprise whose identity is assigned after payment, mystery box purchases are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once payment is verified, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise or the item is damaged/wrong due to our packing error.

If a shipped item is damaged in transit, contact us promptly with photos and the order details. We may arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion after checking with the courier.

You cannot exchange a prize for another listed item or for cash, except where we expressly offer that in writing.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use the site to harass staff, scrape or attack our systems, create fake accounts, abuse OTPs, or resell prizes in a way that misrepresents Mystery Cart.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystery Cart and SpeedyKart are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for courier delays outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version shown at signup or on this page at the time you accept applies to that account creation. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated Terms for future orders.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jammu & Kashmir (or another forum we specify in writing) shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any non-waivable consumer rights.
